The Facilities Department is responsible for all new construction, repair, remodeling, maintenance, and cleaning of the County's buildings and grounds. Our major buildings include:
Church Annex
Courthouse
Justice Building
Museums (Both)
Reedsport Annex
The Umpqua Lighthouse
Winchester State Police building
Maintenance
The Department maintains the following:
Electrical
Fire suppression system
Handles all environmental safety
Heating and cooling system (HVAC)
Plumbing
Roofing
All other mechanical systems for all County buildings, including the Douglas County Jail, and the Juvenile Detention buildings
