Medical Records

In November 2014, the Douglas County Clerk became responsible for medical records created through June 30, 2014, for former clients of the Douglas County Mental Health Division. On July 1, 2020 the records for all adult clients (21 and over) met minimum retention requirements under OAR 166-150-0060 and are no longer available. 

Fee Schedule

Please note the revised fee schedule which went into effect April 17, 2015:
