Our Mission

To support the Board of Commissioners in delivering efficient and effective services to the public by: assisting County Departments in workforce recruitment, retention and the management of employees to achieve high performance; ensuring a safe and supportive work environment for employees that allows them to do their best work; managing risk to the County and public associated with the delivery of services; and providing timely, accurate, and easily accessible public information about County services.

Cascade Centers Employee Assistance Program

• Counseling - Up to 5 free sessions per year, per issue with a local provider
• Legal Services - Access a free, half-hour consultation and receive a 25% discount on hourly attorney fees if representation is necessary
• Financial Services - Financial coaching, ID theft services, fraud resolution
• Pet Insurance Discounts
• Child and Elder Care Referral Service

Services are available to all employees and their dependents who are covered on the county-sponsored CIS medical plan. All services are confidential.
