Senior Meals on Wheels
Homebound Seniors age 60 or older who need help with meal preparation or are recovering from an injury or illness that makes it difficult to prepare their meals. Also a Family Caregiver living in the home and caring for a person age 60 or older or a person of any age that has Alzheimer's disease or another form of Dementia.
Seniors receive nutritious hot and frozen meals. Volunteers deliver these meals to your front door Tuesday and Thursdays each week. They also provide a check in visit to see how you are doing. This can be important to people living alone.
Call 541-440-3677 to ask for an assessment and find out if you are eligible to receive these meals.
Contributions Help Serve Meals
If you choose to make a donation please view the meal recipients letter that includes the tax deductible ID number.
There is no charge for these meals to be delivered to your home but you can contribute towards the cost of the meal. The suggested donation of a meal is $3.50. If you wish to contribute or make a donation you can send a check to:
