The Advisory Board shall hold a regular meeting at least once annually, with additional meetings at the request of the Board or the Advisory Board.

Members of the County Predator Damage Control Advisory Board shall be assigned initial terms of office so that the terms expire at staggered intervals. The term dates will begin on July 1 and end on June 30.
The Douglas County Predator Damage Control Advisory Board acts as an advisory body to the Board of Commissioners to provide advice and guidance to the Board on issues related to wolves, including the interaction of wolves and livestock operations located in the County.
